Solis Knowledge Library & Toolkit
A directory of intersectionality & culture-oriented mental health and wellbeing resources, including online and in-person supports, research, podcasts and other digital tools.

The Solis Culture & Mental Health Toolkit (The Toolkit) builds on our initial work in bringing together a directory and collection of resources including organisations, websites, online & in-person services and support resources, Instagram pages, podcasts and research related to living, being, and working in an intersectional and multicultural mental health space.
We are also working with a number of organisations to make the resources within the Toolkit more accessible – watch this space!
There are 164 resources on this Toolkit – & counting Updated
Updated You can search for resources by typing what you are looking for into the search bar, or by choosing a category.
New The Toolkit now has two parts. The Solis community library holds the resources our members shared. Support services is a new list of 70 checked services and crisis lines.

We opened every resource in the Toolkit. Some links had moved, so we updated them. Some resources are no longer online, so we marked them.
- WorkingThe link worked when we checked it.
- May not be updatedStill online, but it may not have new content.
- Could not find onlineWe kept it in the list so the Solis network can decide what to do.
- Shared, not endorsedThese resources were shared by Solis members. Sharing a resource is not an endorsement.
